YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
What's not included and is the event organizer's responsibility:

Staffing for entry fee / parking charge collections

Site security during the event

Staffing for site clean-up
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE:
Hirers are responsible for:
-
Obtaining the appropriate Public Liability/Event Insurance
-
Carrying out own risk assessments
-
*Obtaining any required alcohol licensing and food hygiene certificates for catering services/food stalls
-
Ensuring any equipment that is used meets required safety standards
-
Any necessary medical / health and safety services
-
Ensuring the field is left in the condition it was hired. All litter must be removed from the field and any damage to the field must be rectified by the hirer. Fires or fireworks are prohibited. All music must cease at 11pm.

We include 1 day set-up and 1 day clear-down in the price. If more time is required, please discuss with us.

Please make sure your event is clearly communicated/ sign posted to avoid traffic accidently turning down Turbary Road which is a single track with no turnaround.
